So, I'm curious: how far do you go, in your day-to-day life, in practicing ethical food consumption…do you only buy organic, only local? Is your interest more in the fact that your food is sustainably-produced, organically-grown, or both? I assume there are still many items you purchase at the big grocery stores like Giant or Weis? Many questions! :)
